Dedicated to David Dubois our first client and still with us after "all these years!" Than

Seven years ago, on a cold and sunny morning, January 28th, 2009, we decided to attend our first event at the Santa Caterina market of Barcelona to present our first bottles of "Ecoil de Josa". Our brand new organic extra virgin olive oil was presented to society at this small fair. Among the visitors approching our tiny square meter stand, there was David Dubois, a French visitor interested in organic products then visiting Barcelona. He decided to give our olive oil a try and bought our first bottle of Ecoil de Josa.

To remember this moment, the first step of our Project, we kept the 5 euro bill he gave us, and framed it for posterity! Amazingly, David has been following us ever since, and was so pleased with our olive oil that he also kept the first bottle that he bought. He has sent us a picture and here we have the first bottle and the first 5 euro bill together after seven years...
